Terms of Supply

Please read before placing orders on this site.

All orders that you place on the Website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the following terms of sale (“Terms”) for the DoorNo.co website (“Site”) provided by Cope & Drag Ltd trading as DoorNo.co and Door Number Company (“we/us”). You can print off these Terms, or store them in your computer, for future reference. Please read them carefully.

1. CONDITIONS OF SALE

• In order to create a contract between you and us, please follow the simple on screen instructions taking you through the process of placing an order on the website. To place an order for the products select “Checkout”, “Continue”, “Purchase”. In doing this you offer to buy the Goods at the prices indicated as well as any applicable delivery charges.

• We will send an automated order acknowledgement email to you, listing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by DoorNo.co.

• The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch of the products unless we have notified you that we have not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Once we have accepted your order it becomes binding, subject to your rights of cancellation. Non-acceptance of an order by us will occur if: we identify a pricing or product description error; the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable; or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

2. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

• We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

• The product price, as displayed, is inclusive of UK VAT at the appropriate rate.

3. CUSTOMS

• If your order is to be delivered outside the United Kingdom, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

• If a recipient does not pay, or refuses delivery due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore the recipient will not be eligible for a refund on their order.

4. CANCELLATIONS

• You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you ordered, by contacting email hello@doorno.co. If these Products have already been assigned or dispatched when you contact us, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of delivery to receive a full refund.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. Please contact by email hello@doorno.co

• Items you need to return for refund or exchange will be accepted within our 14 day returns period. We ask that you return the goods unused, with all parts enclosed and parts individually protected such as the original packaging.

• We request that you please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied to you on request by email. Please also return all custom templates enclosed with your order.

• Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

• Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless in exceptional circumstance that an item is faulty, has been mis-described or your order delivered is incorrect. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper with a parcel tracking number. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

• We aim to process all returns within 5 days of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Sometimes the limitations of the banking system mean that the refund may a further few days to show up on your card statement.

6. GENERAL INFORMATION

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

• Any failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

• These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

• We reserve the right to vary the Terms from time to time, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the Site and by continuing to use it, you will be deemed to accept any such variations.

• Logos contained in this site are Copyrighted and trading marks of Cope & Drag Ltd. 

• Copyright in the design, text and graphics contained in the website is held by Cope & Drag Ltd., trading as DoorNo.co and Door Number Company. The use of the photographs on the website is under license to DoorNo.co, copyright for these photographs remains with the individual photographers.
